Our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality product at the most affordable price.
We want to make the purchase of your new crystal as easy as possible and assist you in understanding any metaphysical or scientific properties of the specimen.
Metaphysical information is for educational purposes only; we do not guarantee any outcome of a specific crystal.
Once the crystal has been shipped, we are not responsible for the package. We package our products ourselves, taking every precaution we can to ensure that the crystal arrives safely. Every USPS priority mail package that goes out receives complimentary $50 insurance however, if your package exceeds this value please contact us if you'd like to arrange for shipping insurance.
Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, shipping times may be delayed. We typically ship out twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
We do not issue refunds or exchanges. If you have any questions about a piece, please contact us prior to your purchase so that we can answer those questions. We are happy to reserve pieces while we answer your questions so that the piece is not sold while we answer your questions.
